Narrative and the Relationship Between Exclusive and Disruption.

Jay Rosen expresses the view that Amy Goodman is excluded from main stream media because she disrupts the narrative the mass media tries to construct. In essence, she inserts a degree of chaos into their program. Does mass media desire to create a narrative? I remember John McCain in search of a narrative. But it was a particular kind.

I would want to introduce a notion of the libidinal artist; one who continually produces displacements in any sort of narrative or history. I think I would be ok with a continually disrupted narrative.
